Here at Projeto Uirapuru we are dedicated to preparing young people from public schools to reach new heights, knowing that flying is a challenge that demands resilience, commitment and the best version of each one. Like a mother who wants the best for her children, we are demanding and at the same time loving.
In this nest, each young person finds space to express their voices and aspirations, develop their talents and skills and reach their full potential to take the first “flights” of their professional journey.

Over 30 years of experience in the third sector, always focused on children and adolescents. Since 2004 at the Heydenreich Foundation, responsible for project management. She built the Uirapuru Project together with Dietmar Heydenreich. She takes care of everything and everyone with the love and care of a mother.
Pedro Paulon
Administrative coordinator and IT teacherPedro Paulon
With a degree in Network Management and experience in training, support and systems implementation, Pedro has been with Uirapuru since the beginning. He is the course coordinator and teaches IT classes at Uirapuru. Thanks to Pedro, our students know that technology goes beyond cell phones and are proficient in Excel.

With a degree in Literature and a postgraduate degree in Foreign Trade, Rosangela has extensive experience teaching in public schools. Thanks to her, our young people no longer say “tipo assim”, do not confuse “mal” with “mau” or “mas” with “mais”.

Graduated in Human Resources, with a postgraduate degree in School Management and Psychopedagogy, she has over twenty years of experience in education and in Inclusion and Diversity projects for schools and companies, using literature as a tool. As a writer, she encourages the habit of reading and empowers our young people, showing that everyone should be proud of who they are.

A former student and former apprentice at Uirapuru, Grazi understands the essence of the project like no one else. As Journalism student, she brings a keen and strategic perspective to strengthen how we tell our stories. Always spontaneous, with a smile on her face and commitment, Grazi contributes to giving visibility to the project’s actions, bringing people, opportunities, and purposes closer together through communication.

The degree in Psychology and her career in the banking sector bring a human perspective and experience in the job market to closely monitor and support our young people’s first journey as apprentices. She fights for her students with determination and passion.
